A Matter of Taste has only been established since September 2000, but my interest in making and decorating cakes goes back a long way.
My husband and I run the business from home, keeping our overheads low. It is the pride we take in our work that makes customers come back time after time.
Over the last few years I have achieved good qualifications in cake decorating, sugarcraft and sugar flowers. Qualifications including City & Guilds 7802, City & Guilds 7900, centra basic flowers & Centra Advanced sugar flowers.
We specialise in designing wedding cakes using either the wedding colour scheme, the bride's bouquet or pattern off the bride's dress. Every cake is a challenge!
